City to City Europe

It Take Three Tribes to Renew a City

Breakout Session
14:00 - 15:00
, November 19
November 19

Everyone knows that no single person or community can bring about city renewal. But often, we dedicate too little biblical thinking to the kinds of collaboration we need.

Europe’s cities are paragons of diversity. "We need befriending outside our area of comfort" (Makoto Fujimura, Culture Care).

To move beyond striving and work towards a renewal which is not only sustainable but generative, we need three types of people—three ‘tribes’—to form teams and communities of learning and action. In this session, we will learn from theological approaches to collaboration, and use discussion, exercises and guided reflection to help you apply collaboration in your context.
