Shaping Lay Leaders for Holistic Community Impact

In our changing times and cultures of Europe, the Gospel message is often met with skepticism or quiet indifference. More people today are willing to hear the Gospel only after they have seen it demonstrated. This workshop explores how churches can disciple and deploy the artisans, entrepreneurs, educators, caregivers, and counselors to live the Gospel holistically for a Word and deed approach to community impact. Through actual examples and stories, we will consider how to identify our local needs, heal social fractures, build sustainable initiatives, and provide life skills. Then, our local communities can hear the Spirit and the Bride saying to all who are thirsty, “Come!” And because of our shining light, they can see our good works and glorify our Father in Heaven.
